Instructions
 

Combine one (1) level scoop of Transparent Labs BCAA Glutamine with 10-12 ounces of cold water or your preferred beverage and mix until powder is fully dissolved. Consume 30-45 minutes before, during, or immediately after your workout.

An additional one to two scoops may be taken throughout the day. Do not exceed three (3) servings per day.
